Thanks, in for one. ~$250 for a 4TB SN850X or 990 Pro is back into decent deal territory. I've bought several of these at this price.

Would you be able to clarify if this model have DRAM? The spec sheet is oddly vague and normally if it has it, they make sure to mention it.

I was able to get two for $245, but yes, they just increased it from $272 to $299 before the promo code

Yes, these have DRAM. This and the Samsung 990 Pro are two of the best gen 4 drives.

No meaningful differences performance wise. The 4TB 990 Pro is single sided which can make it a better fit (ha!) in laptops. The 4TB SN850X is double sided like most 4TB drives. If that doesn't matter for your use case, just buy whichever is cheaper at the time.
