I posted this one and the compact one a few weeks back. Actually bought one of these and tested it on lugs. It handled 120 ft lbs pretty easily so should be good on most cars. $48 with charger will be a good gift for sure.

Dang, $29.99 4ah batteries, $12.99 chargers, lots of tools on sale that qualify for the free 2ah for cheap enough that they can't not be worth it if you want something

Yeah I was able to get the impact driver kit, recip saw, 2Ah battery and the SDS hammer drill last week for $80 after coupon. I'm going right back to the well here for the mid-torque for $35

These are actually made in the same factory as Hyper Tough 20v tools from walmart.
The Hyper Tough battery charger will actually charge these Klutch batteries too. .

Have you tried this yourself? I know the hyper tough and klutch batteries are supposed to be interchangeable, but I've also read the HT charger will NOT fit Klutch batteries?

Any opinions on the 3/8 vs 1/2 model? It seems to be dependent on use case from what I've read online. I'm looking to see if anyone would be willing to share why they chose 3/8 vs 1/2. I currently have a 3/8 ratcheting set, but am looking for something to get stubborn bolts on mowers and cars as well as other general homeowner uses. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks OP, I'm going to give this a try to get lugs off to help make tire swapping and brake jobs easier!!! Seems to be pretty decent. 🤞

I have a 3/8 and while it's plenty powerful enough, I will say that I wish I had bought a ½ instead. ½ sockets (especially impact rated) are much easier to find than 3/8 and if anything is on sale, it's almost always the ½ sockets but not 3/8.

Thanks that's a good point. I appreciate it!

Yeah I would go 1/2". You'll get more socket options.

They all fit each other, I have a bunch of both. They actually aren't totally the same, the Klutch a lot nicer. Batteries are nicer too, chemical resistant and some rubber overmold.
