I wear the regular adidas sandals that goes on sale for >$10 all the time, these sandals are very heavy by comparison and felt clunky after a day of wearing. I gave them away. They do look neat. Size 13 for reference.
The initial wear does feel odd, but it's almost like a Birkenstock break in period? After a couple wears with/without socks it felt comfy to me. It does somewhat feel like you're wearing those indoor pajama slippers due to the weight and size. I bought both colors and during check out there full black light strike slides in size 9 for $20, so I bought those by accident too.

They run big. I would go a size smaller. Comfort is subjective. I prefer the Nike off court over everything, but these aren't bad.
