True, but there is a value of not having to go through MCO & FLL security. That is easily 3 hours worth of time saved. Plus some more flexible times with brightline.

I have never taken the brightline, but I do hate airports and MCO is a nightmare and FLL not a walk in the park. Flying into PBI, well thats a different story.

But then you run the risk of the brightline (apparently extremely likely) running into someone and now the delay is even worse

Running into people who disregard rules? Or is the train not following signals and intentionally running into people?

I frequent both. MCO is a breeze if you have TSA Pre-check. Brighline is nice but is not highspeed rail and its not uncommon for Brightline to delayed by an hour or more.

Just drive via the turnpike. It's cheaper at the end of the day. No Uber, Lift, taxis to wait and pay each time you need a ride. Driving freedom....

Driving is an option too for those who want to just like flying and taking the train are options too.

How many is uncommon though? It seems like flights in the US aren't exactly punctual too.

For a country that is supposed to be 1st world, it is not uncommon to help more than flying and driving as travel options.
