When it comes to nonstick cookware, I'd be cautious with top brands even, let alone a bottom-of-the-barrel brand like Bella.

Ceramic nonstick can/should be "all natural" (in theory made from sand) and so it doesn't have the worries about the potential long-term health impacts of all the Teflon (and successor "forever chemicals") that makes regular non stick. But in terms of durability it doesn't last as long and probably isn't as non-sticky.

It's great, IMHO.... for 6 months. Amazing initially, very non stick but it doesn't last and it's very delicate and easy to damage
