I bought this exact fireplace during the pandemic. It's held up pretty well, covered. I'm starting to notice some rust on the top of the fireplace from all the condensation from being covered. I recommend leaving it uncovered from time to time to allow it to air out and prevent rust. Other than that, it's a solid fireplace. I think I paid $99 on clearance 5 years ago. Oh yea, it's also hard to put the propane tank in because the opening is on the smaller side.
