it's a pretty cheap low end laptop but it's better than a lot of chrome books in the same price

So, if not already on hand at a store, you would need to go in and have them order for you while at the store to get the points you mentioned.
Also, the points offer is in your Offerssection within your Rewards section.
As far as the quality goes, TN screen, no backlit keyboard, no FP reader. For this price as an entry level unit, still a good deal is your eyes can stand the TN screen. I can't. But TU and reps for the nice deal post!
