None of the films are MoviesAnywhere compatible. 6 of the films were included in the Microsoft 4K UHD $5 deal (that people thought would be canceled but wasn't). I almost forget I had those films locked in my Microsoft streaming service.

Got the same deal in April 2020, except the only difference I see is that the first movie (1979) is Director's Edition in this one instead of Theatrical. Doesn't really matter though since the DC of mine is in the iTunes Extras menu. I believe this one just has it reversed. The DC of Wrath of Kahn and Undiscovered Country are also in the Extras menu.

You have them until they deem you have them, that's why I'll always prefer physical but to each their own.

I don't think so although I have to admit that it would be nice but these companies tend to be very anti-consumer with their practices. this is why they are pushing against MA and more towards streaming, so you don't own anything and are always with a monthly due fee to do anything.

I wonder if my ripping software can get these at 4k UHD or they have some crazy drm that it cannot encrypt. I don't mind paying for content, I just want to archive it properly.
