Other flavors, such as banana, are cheaper.

I am curious. Why did you think that is something to be concerned about?
I was not expecting dairy. Maybe that is what you thought?

At home I like to make my protein shakes with Almond, Oat, or Soy milk because I like the extra creaminess. The powders do suggest adding water or milk. Many people are fine with water.

I will tell you for a fact that the Cafe Latte flavor (also first ingredient water) is rich and creamy. My favorite!

I have not tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor yet, but I'd expect the same creaminess. I just wonder if the flavor is as tasty as it sounds.

Their Cinnamon Roll flavor is too sickly sweet for my taste.

I'm sure someone loves this flavor, and that's great!
But for me, it was the single worst tasting protein drink I've ever had.
And I've had a LOT.
It has a weird "dirt" aftertaste 🤢

It's probably because you're paying a high price for mostly water. That's why just like you make your protein shakes at home with water, it's better to make it at home as well instead of buying this.

I have many different powders too. I think they do a great job with the premixed.
I ran the cost comparisons, and it's close enough to equal and sometimes cheaper with premixed. Especially with a good sale on the premixed. The powder form has more versatility though, and a longer shelf life. So as far as cost goes, I don't agree that it's much more expensive for premixed, at least, not for Premier.

Example: The latest deal here for Premier powder ($15 range) is roughly equal cost versus the recent deal on premixed for an equivalent fl oz yield in the latest Cafe Latte flavor 12 pack ($18).

This deal's flavor (PB & Chocolate) is a couple bucks more. If I loved it I'd grab some, but have not tried it yet.

My favorite one of all the Premier.. id suggest grabbing one on discount for sampling if nothing else
