These are pretty nice nonstick pans, heck, almost too nonstick (it can be kinda hard keep ground beef off to the side while scooping out grease). I've got the 10 & 12", the 10" was the most recently purchased @ $20.46 in May 2023 (just for reference).

Would buy again if needed, but they've both held up fairly well so far.

About on par with the Tramontina Professional series, they both last me about 4 years. Tramontina 10" 2-pack is $36 at Costco.

I'm in the market for this but I always use olive oil cooking spray. Why does it say no cooking spray? that seems odd.

Been using two as workhorses for several years. Dishwasher almost everyday and no flaking in the cooking part of the pan. Some separation on the edges but that's to be expected when ignoring the directions and using the dishwasher. Recommended but don't be like me and instead hand wash...

Cooking spray contains propellants and other chemicals in the aerosol that can mess with non stick pans.

When I use non stick pans, I just use butter or some sort of vegetable oil instead of a cooking spray.

Over time cooking sprays build up this thick irregular residue from burned chemicals / ingredients etc and becomes almost impossible to removeI now just use healthier fats like coconut butter, avocado oil and have not had any such issue

That video talks about the spray containing lecithin.

I have that exact spray they show in the video, from Costco, and interestingly my spray does not have that ingredient.

In fact the only ingredient my spray has is pure avocado oil.

I bought that one too. It was great, BUT. This is a new version and previous owner are complaining about the new version being junk compared to the original one we bought in 2023. Would not be the first time a company does this, same model on Amazon, really different product....?
The original was "good grip pro"
