When I use non stick pans, I just use butter or some sort of vegetable oil instead of a cooking spray.

That video talks about the spray containing lecithin.
I have that exact spray they show in the video, from Costco, and interestingly my spray does not have that ingredient.
In fact the only ingredient my spray has is pure avocado oil.

This was my EXACT problem! I threw the new one away in a few weeks. Don't trust these anymore since I have no idea what I'm going to get.
