So I got this amazing deal today! They had 1 left in the back storage area still in a sealed metal shipping crate wrapped in plastic. With all 6 batteries in a separate box also wrapped in plastic so I could not see the dates.

They had 3 other ego models also in crates, 2 of the 42" with 4 batteries and 1 of the model that has a steering wheel also 42" with 4 batteries not sure if they were 10's or 12's. Both of these cost more around $2,150 IIRC.

None of them show up online as in stock or on sale in store. I think that is why they lasted so long. The discount shows on the hand held device. As soon as I got mine word spread amongst the employees and they were scrambling to get them. One guy tried to convince me to take one of the other models but I stood firm.

I got the Lowe's business account for an extra $100 off and free delivery and assembly this Friday.

If only I'd be lucky with this in my area. One of my area Lowe's has one in stock and I went last week to see them having it at the full $5,999 price from last week's sale.

It's weird. If you go to their site, you can't even look up ego riding mowers. Like, they don't want you to find them

Most Lowe's missing the batteries it's very rare to find them batteries chargers I went to 5 Lowe's only 1 found them and I got the last 52 inches in my state manufacturered dec 2024 and the batteries also. How about yours what is the manufacturer date?

If u purchased for delivery or assembly w pickup, batteries charger key most likely going to get lost I was told mine was ready and assembled when I came down no batteries or charger was told differently on the phone that the batteries were strapped to the back and nothing I only got 75% off the price and that was the best he can do.

By back storage area u mean the bullpen most likely has been sitting for 2-3 years out there it's just a simple plastic cover where the rain comes thru it can damage the mower, I had a issue with mine at lowes it was a display the whole LCD was flickering and the orange light at top as well I let it dry out for a day and it works perfectly now I keep it covered under a tarp outdoors

We walked out back through the lumber section. They were in a fenced in area that was open but this section was covered. The ones that went on clearance last fall were sitting out front all season uncovered open without the batteries these were still in the ego metal shipping crate. Hopefully it arrives in like new condition I know others posted they had to fight with ego to get replacements under the warranty.
