You don't need to remove the card. Go to the storage settings for the camera and enable loop recording. It will delete the oldest recording to make room for new ones.

we have several Tapo products and store all videos to a 512 GB SD card.
Only drawback - need to remove card to clear items.

Love that we can view the products output / recordings online even though we don't have Tapo-Care cloud storage.

the 2K 4-pack is only $45

https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Ta...B0BTTZQC79

but note tapo cameras unlike every other security camera does not have a current image web address which is annoying, there's no way to get a snapshot from a browser

I purchased the Tapo C120 2K model which is USB-C powered, which this model is not. But for half the price, it may be worth it for some.

Ya me too, I have the indoor outdoor one. Love it, never had any issues with it. Well one thing now. For some reason it wont after an update it wont let me just view it for more than 5 mins, I have to hit a button saying I want to keep watching.
