Maybe yours is defective... We have two of these in our house. Using it since January with no issues. Battery life is great. Highly recommend for $10!

If you go in and select any color but Black and try to use the code, it won't work. Even if you delete a color and add black to your cart and then the code, it still won't work. Clear your cart, close the browser window and click the link again and choose Black and the code then works. So, really, the code only works on the black version.

yes.. worth a shot at this price but I never opened mine.. I went with a different brand with removable tank for refilling. Good health investment in oral health. and mouth feels fresh. I almost forget to brush when I put a little mouthwash in the tank.

Decent flosser. My battery died after 14 months and they sent a free replacement because it's covered by a 24 month warranty

My wife has been using this one for about six months now and has no problems. It is as strong as the Btivae one I have and holds a charge for long time. I can state I got a bad one but plenty of other people had perfectly wonderful vehicles and my one experience was not a universal. All production runs and factory lines have failure rates

Works just fine. Like other commenters have stated, you need to select the proper seller for the discount. Side note, you don't actually need prime for free shipping on this. That just gives you shipping a few days earlier. Standard shipping is still free, even without the normal $25 amazon breakpoint.

Can you actually use this in place of flossing? Would love if that were the case, as even string flossers are uncomfortable to fit between my teeth.
