Anyone bought this food service pack?

Is it low moisture like retail pouches, or does it have more water content.

I love my skipjack tuna, and this is $2.10/lb, which is a good price for any canned meat, provided it isn't mostly water.

In comparison, a 5oz can of tuna is about 3.5oz drained.

Never bought it, but doing some quick math on the protein by weight ratio of their standard productโ€ฆ

In a can they advertise 1 can drained is 113g, with 23g protein, for a protein ratio of 20%.

In this bag they advertise one serving (they do not mention draining) is 85g with 21g protein, for a ratio closer to 25%.

Maybe there's something I'm missing, but it seems like this is low moisture. This seems like quite a good deal.

Also wondering this, I'm gonna get this for my cats. Cheaper than temptations per ounce.

You are not a good human.
Feed cat what cat likes.
A little tuna is fine, but 43oz is a bit much. You can share.

Which is exactly what the article warns about. In little amounts, it is fine, but we all know nothing in this world is done in LITTLE amounts by HUMANS anymore, and a cat will overeat. Then you will have vet bills and that costs money....shall I go on...??

Of course not. You obviously didn't read what's already been posted about it or the pet MD article. Try being helpful not a SA. ๐Ÿ™„
