yes since it has one dimm memory slot one can even put one 64gb RAM chip plus the 8gb soldered RAM chip equals 72gb total memory plus one can even upgrade the 1TB SSD to 4TB SSD; which is not a bad deal on a fully upgradable Ryzen 7 7730 8 core CPU that has 72Gb RAM with 4Tb SSD for easily under $1,000; one objectively could do far worse. This notebook computer acquisition will help ensure that the notebook remains optimally productive, at least objectively, in the 2028 to 2029 timeframe, until the price of the AMD Zen 5 notebook CPU computer chips and their associated notebooks hopefully also drops to below the objective $1,000 competing price levels by the year 2030-2032 or so timeframe.
Nice setup but there's definitely something very strange about these sellers and the product images seem more like they're from a sketchy AliExpress special than Lenovo itself. Buyers report getting Windows 11 upgraded from 7 and some with no OS at all. Definitely format and reinstall the OS before doing anything more.

"Original Seal is opened for upgrade ONLY, 1-years warranty on Upgraded RAM/SSD from DE Electronics, and original 1-Year Manufacture warranty on remaining components"
I think you're exactly right. They take a Lenovo with subpar specs, and throw no name ram and hard drive upgrades in them. If any of those upgraded parts fail, you're stuck trying to force a 3rd party (DE Electronics, whoever that is) to honor a warranty. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Lenovo did not honor their warranty at all because you're effectively buying these used.
