If you're a hip-hop fan, this is right up your alley. If not, still a great series to watch.

And never in Japanese like Deathnote and cowboy bebop. Ugh.

Seriously. Why can't we get the sub version of these? Why only ever the English dub?

Instant buy. The dub is actually very good. The series is an absolute classic, hasn't aged one bit.

At least the dub version is good, unlike others which ends up being painful.

No sub, no sale. It really should not be that hard to include.

Steve Blum is iconic, the Japanese VA for Mugen just sounds weird to me. Personally, I find the dub superior.

Great price, but I've aged out of anime years ago. Would have loved this if I were 20 years younger.

This is the best anime ever made. Don't let the hip-hop twist throw you: it's flavor, not the primary focus. It has a redemption arc that rivals Avatar: The Last Airbender. The action is unbelievable. And the last few episodes are breathtaking, rife with Christian allegory, and perfect. Fuu literally transforms two killers with her friendship, and you will cheer for them all.

I don't know about the beat anime ever. There's some great ones out there that I just can't imagine being topped. Death Note, Detective Conan, Lupin the 3rd, Inuyasha, and Full Metal Alchemist all come to mind. Man I hope this can hold a candle to those!

I'm 34 and I'm just getting back into it. You're never too old for anime.
