This. I'm just torn about how Apple charges you extra for the AirPods Pro because they base it on $249, when the Prime day cost was $149 (and a new model is imminent). But you still come out ahead with other accessories.

I felt the same way since I didn't want to relearn everything coming from windows. I searched around for a good laptop and was disappointed with a lot of their specs. Eventually got recommended a MBA 13" (2014?) on a sale ($750) even though I didn't own an apple product prior (and still don't other than the MBA) but going through college using it was phenomenal. The keyboard, screen, weight and battery life was the best part of owning a macbook air.
