It shows non-returnable for me on Amazon as well. And the price on Delonghi is lower with the coupon mentioned.

This is how I bought and I've been loving this Machine. Delicious cappuccino, latte, espresso and americano. Great for tea with instant hot water. Easy to clean.

Cons would be no low/empty bean level alert. Should have shipped with a clear coffee bean lid.

Might have to 3D print one.

My 2014 magnifica still works perfectly.. paid $499 back then at Sam's club..so this is a good price by today's standards...
