don't buy these plastic junk pos timers, get the rainbird with the brass fittings for $45-$50. the plastic breaks off, the brass won't.

Yup. PSA but I've had one of these fail open: meaning that if you have your hose bib on all the time and are relying on this to start/stop the water flow, if it for whatever reason fails, it will allow water through.

I was running mine for a while too before the flooding occurred.

All the water timers fail, and they fail open.. I've never had the plastic break, the automatic valve will fail long before the plastic. I bought all the stock from the Ace sale for $5 a timer... im set for a while.

Tried multiple times, failed multiple times. Wouldn't use again even for free. This was in a mild climate, especially steer clear if in hot conditions. Absolutely nothing against OP.

I've used the three outlet model of this for the last three years with zero issues. Far outlasted any other brand timer that I have used.

Y'all might want to consider just buying an adapter for that can adapt the sprinkler riser to regular hose fitting, which can then be used as a hose or hooked up to a drip system. I've bought these timers a few times, but I'm starting to think of going the route I've said above.
