Massive drop for a phone that launched just a month and half ago. Samsung EPP pricing is $1045 for the 256GB model.

I never even heard of this until now. Is this a mid-range?

Handled it in person at a Galaxy store; same dimensions as my S24+ except maginally thinner and much worse battery life from what I've read, not sure the point.

I think it's in between the S25+ and the S25U. From what I can tell, reviewers say it's an incredibly thin and good phone, but battery life is the main worry for power users.

Samsung phones are such a mixed bag now. Great software and updates for years, but absolutely stagnant hardware.

Tempting, but not quite there yet. This thing isn't selling well, it'll drop.

What else do you want from them, this is the thinnest phone on the market at the moment and its a really nice looking phone.

Looks and thin are not important for phones. We aren't talking about human beings here.

We want a long lasting battery. Extremely fast charging. More storage and expandable storage. Not exactly huge asks.... Chinese phones are ahead these days.

With that battery size, the price is definitely going to drop

They couldn't fit even a basic telephoto in this? That's the biggest travesty imo

The main body is essentially the thickness of a USB-C port. The telephoto would stick out more than the other two cameras I assume.

no. it's basically an S25+ with a weaker battery, weaker camera and a much thinner frame. it's basically a phone no one asked for lol

I'm sure you know what the point of this phone is...

I don't think you're naive.

Same reason Apple is making the 17 air, for weight the "lightest" phone possible that I can barely feel in my pocket is the next trend.
