Question: I'm in the south but for maybe 10 nights a year it dips down into the mid-20s. I have a potted lime tree that can't survive through these nights so for a couple months a year I haul it to the garage and wheel it out every day for sun and back in at night because the driveway has frequent deer visitors. It's a PITA and the tree is getting too big to keep doing this with. Is this type of set-up sufficient to keep it alive through the winter? Will it retain enough heat to keep it above say 30 through the night?

Perfect for frostbite-proofing your marriage . . . When you've overshot the couch and end up in the doghouse.

Same situation all around for me with a Hibiscus tree. Got the green house last year for $60. I needed to use a small heater for the cold spells. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MX8...e_0_0&th=1 A heat lamp probably would work too.

If you get this - which is a decent deal - be aware that it needs to be firmly anchored - and do not leave the door open when it's windy - ever.

It should be 5 to 8 degrees warmer than outside. I use a household radiator style heater if it gets too cold.

Yes I learned my lesson the hard way on this. I helad a different greenhouse with the doors open and I wasn't home when the wind picked up. My greenhouse got totally shredded. Very upsetting...

Well if you live in a Whitehouse, you will always need some change of scenery.

I got one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HRZG...tle_2&th=1 a couple of years ago. It has done its job decently for that time. Then I got the MG one on sale last fall for $64. It is a night and day difference between the two. The first only has a door, no vents or windows. The metal parts are a kind-of-cheezy 1/2"ish and not very thick metal. The MG has 2 windows, 2 vented side bottoms, and the metal is MUCH bigger in diameter and gauge. Also, big difference in the "fabric" as well. For this price, the MG is hard to beat. FYI
