I dont use them for dishes but to clean air purifier filters and AC condenser units.
My Winix prefilter screen with sticky dirt/grease doesn't come off unless i use these.
I spray this on my filter, AC condenser, vents, rims on my car, etc for about 5mins and rinse off with water and it works like magic. No other cleaner worked like this, even with hard scrubbing.
13oz water (filtered or distilled is best)
2oz Dawn Platinum concentrated dish soap
1oz 90% isopropyl alcohol
It's about 90% as effective but a whole lot cheaper.
