Very interesting product. I've not seen creatine with added electrolytes before. Does anyone have experience with this product?I usually take 5g unflavored creatine with a chocolate protein shake, so I'd have to take this separately. Would taking 10g creatine daily be too much? From what I've read it's likely not going to create any problems, but might not have any benefits either. Would love to hear people's experiences with this product or with taking over 5g daily.

I take 10g per day. There is some research out that suggest 10-15gms (or higher) can be good for cognitive health.

Pretty much take as much as your body allows before it starts clearing you out. I take 20mg a day, 10mg w/coffee in the AM and 10mg more with carbs later on. Carbs with creatine help it absorb the slightest amount so that's why I split the dose.
