No, that's just saying that because it's solar powered, it keeps the camera "powered", but it does not do continuous recording, it only records when it detects motion (and this model is kind of garbage at detecting motion)

I don't know of any solar cameras that can do continuous recording. Lol
Unless it has a huge battery and solar panel, I don't see it being possible.
