Requires any of the store benefit options (student, employee, first responder, military or AAA). Gets price down to $719.99.
Then you need to do the text option and that gets it down to $647.99.
From there started a chat and asked if they could match the Prime day Bezel deal, which they did- $147.99 value, then asked if there were any extras they did and he said if I bought now he'd included Pro Installation, $120.00 Value.

I'm not seeing this text 10% off either. Couldn't reproduce the bezel with Support chat.
They said:

It has been a long time since this has gone on sale for this price, outside of being a Woot refurb. It's a bad TV if used as a main TV, but good as an art installation.

Replicated at first try.
Frame, bezel and instal for $647 +tax.
Had to use desktop to get the 10% banner.

Was able to replicate also.
On mobile with add block turned off and zoomed out to 50% the 10% off text popped up on reload.
Chat added the bezel and install.
$647.99 + tax.
