These shouldn't sell for much more than the MSRP, probably no higher than $400 IMHO. At $430 you have question whether it would be better to just get a 5060 TI and be in the nVidia ecosystem or just spend $120 more and get a much more powerful 5070.

Depends on what you are doing I guess. For gaming I don't think the uplift to a 5070 is that much better especially with the lower ram. For AI, 16 GB is a LOOOOT more than 12 on the 5070. It's basically a 25~% improvement in performance for a 25% increase in cost. Scales well I guess lol.
