They will probably come down in price to $249 for BF. These are too new to have an ample supply of certified refurbished units.

If this came with the 2-year Allstate warranty, I would pick this up now to replace my WH-1000XM4. I bought the WF-1000XM4 (earbuds) a couple of years ago with the 2-year warranty. One of the buds stopped working after a year. I filed a claim with Allstate and they cut me a check for the full purchase price.

What makes you want to replace the XM4s? I have those, which i got from Secondipity for half this price, and I can't image the NC being so much better I'd spend double.

it is definitely much better and the sound is also much better too. far more comfortable as well. noise canceling isn't the only point of them.
