I use my Hydroshot with two 2-liter water-filled soda bottles to quickly wash off pollen and dust in one pass without using soap, and I only squeegee the glass afterwards, and let the car body air dry. It won't be a pristine clean and may leave dried droplets if you're not thorough, but at least car doesn't look like it's been sitting for a week (which it has). And it takes a fraction of the time than to run a hose and attach my corded pressure washer which is very inconvenient in my situation.
It won't do a "proper" car wash. I'd compare it to a hose off, with more pressure that loosens dirt better, but less water volume.
I got my 4Ah battery and fast charger from a refurb WORX string trimmer which itself is surprisingly capable, somewhat stronger than my cheapo 18V Ryobi trimmer. Paid $38 for that timmer kit which was crazy cheap too. My refurb Hydroshot ($50 in 2019) only came with a 2Ah battery and slow 5-hr charger. I'm tempted by this deal but my one 4Ah + one 2Ah battery is more than enough (I rarely use more than 1 bar on either battery).

Not sure how this 20v Worx works, but the 20v Work Jawsaw I have works really well.

It's only 320 psi it will not hurt the clear coat
I know I use to spray clear coat in a auto factory for 15 years. Clear coat is very hard. Using a red tip on a pressurer washer at 3000 psi will not damage clear coat

The reviews for it are actually pretty good.
edit: this is the tool only.

That is tool only, does not include battery or a charger unfortunately.
