Since this is SD, pro tip to save money on a case:
If you can get an official samsung S8 Ultra case, which should be dirt cheap by now (I got one for $8 a few months ago) and you have a dremel tool, then all you need to do is punch a small hole in the side for one of the microphones and dremel out the camera cutout on the back and it will fit perfectly. The cameras on the S9 Ultra are a bit bigger so if you don't dremel the camera cutout, then it won't fit right, which was definitely Samsung being shitty to sell more accessories to people who upgraded.
Anyway, I think it's called the "protective standing cover" for S8 Ultra and although it's super thin, it's still on the heavy side but has a stand that flips out from the back of the case. Haven't found another case I like more since it perfectly adjusts to any viewing angle and actually protects the Tab pretty damn good from drops too, as I've found out first hand.
If you go for another type of case, then check reviews, I know there were a lot of lazy Amazon sellers trying to sell S8 Ultra cases as S9 Ultra and they won't fit right for the reasons I mentioned above and not all of them can be modified.
Has the Snapdragon Gen2, which is far better than the S10 chipset if you're into emulation or low latency streaming at all.
And the screen? Chef's kiss. Tether it to your rig with a USB C cable and SuperDisplay and it beats the crap out of my UW OLED monitors.
I use it about 8 hours a day as a coding window or youtube sidebar for my computer, bring it to my bed and moonlight/artemis some AAA games on it in full resolution and can't imagine a better set-up anytime soon. It's perfection.

The S9 Snapdragon is still superior over the Mediateck for any emulation: game boy, switch, Wii, PS/PS2, etc. all have emulators that have robust Snapdragon Gen2 drivers. The Mediateks/ S10 is a bit slower on this front (though I think in some areas Mediatek is gaining ground). I do a ton of local streaming in Aretmis/Moonlight and they have an ultra-low-latency option but it's only for Snapdragon Gen2 and above CPUs. As such, I may skip the S11 when it comes out / wait until the Mediatek catches up or they do a radical change in design with the screen, etc.
You really can't go wrong with the S8 Ultra/S9 Ultra or S10 Ultra though, they're quite amazing tablets that have a lot of longevity in them.

Does SuperDisplay and S9 Ultra run extended desktop at 120hz?

The only thing I would say it stumbles on is if you're driving it hard at the upper end of 120hz if you're cabling and bus isn't firing perfectly... A.k.a. if you're whipping around in CP77 at full resolution you'd be in danger of stuttering in certain scenarios.
But I use Artemis/Moonlight which is bangin' on wifi with less than 5ms latency from render to screen - in that regard, you don't even need superdisplay with a cord, if you run Artemis it'll be as seamless as plugging it in. Plus artemis supports HDR in the native resolution of this tablet (and allows for ultra-low-latency with the snapdragon Gen2 that the S9 has), where as Superdisplay doesn't include HDR.
