Reading lots of issues on reddit with ecovacs and support not great compared to other brands. Avoiding.

Got ours yesterday and ran it through it's paces. Navigation is great. The iOS app is ok. Map editing is a bit limited, but not too bad!
So far this one is great! Wife is happy! Worth the $1100.
