I had this exact one for over 10 years. Very accurate when comparing to the airport scale.

I'm mildly interested in using this to fill CO2 bottles, but I don't know about the resolution, or the custom top hanger that will be needed.
edit: interest lost after reading negative reviews.

As a general rule, I prefer them to leaky AAAs, especially in digital tire pressure gauges. But I'm not thrilled by the reviews where dead battery = permadeath.

And accuracy is kinda more important for my application than it is for luggage, so I'll just use kitchen scales.

This scale is great- its exceeded my expectations since I got it in 2018 after seeing it on the SD frontpage previously.
Mine has been consistently within .1-.2lbs accuracy from experience v. airport luggage scales. Never had an issue with battery removal and I store the battery separate when not in use.
Been around the world always packed in my checked luggage and survived 2 Japan trips with multiple shopaholics pushing checked bag weight limits at every hotel stop. Doesn't look like much changed so I'll be getting a 2nd one for the house.

I always wonder how do you use these to weigh suitcases?

This is ridiculous. If the scale weighs 110 pounds, how am I supposed to weigh my luggage with it? Think, McFly! Think!

I have one of these and it is honestly so convenient to have for international trips. I keep it in my travel backpack and it helps know if my luggage is underneath the maximum weight and if I have space to bring home gifts. No more guessing and rearranging things at the airport desk.

You wrap that lanyard with the clip around the handle of your luggage. And pull the device up like your dead lifting it. Then it will show you the weight on the display

Every time I weight my luggage before a trip, I think of this comedy bit ...
