After the 25% off first-time s&s discount, the variety pack comes out to about $44, which is about $1.60 per bar. The 25% off code worked for me for the variety pack.
Ah ok they might have run out of the Amazon-sourced inventory then since now it's only available from other sources and the coupon doesn't apply to those. 🤷🏽 ♂️ Bummer.
The taste to me is pretty good. The big difference is the texture. The Met-rx bars have more crunch to them, which is a nice change from the mostly chewy, fudge-like texture in other bars, like Quest and Pure Protein.

This is not for weight loss. This is for people who work out hard and are trying to gain weight and build big muscles.
So it does have a lot of sugar which can be helpful for energy/recovery if eaten at the right time
I used to live on these bars, like one a day for a long time, they are delicious, highly recommend
Do NOT eat these if you are trying to get skinny - think of those Kalteen bars from Mean Girls
