Take this as a warning for those of you with low arches. I purchased a pair of these Boston 12 shoes two weeks ago and discovered, to my disappointment, that they have a prominent arch. I found that arch support to be intrusive and uncomfortable. Just from past experience I could tell that this fitment issue had the potential to cause inquires, such as anterior knee pain or ITB syndrome, if I attempted to run in them.

I have multiple pairs of Adidas Adios Pro 3 and that model has a comfortable neutral last shape. With the Boston 12, since it's marketed toward a broader audience, Adidas added more arch support and other features to accommodate runners that may have muscle imbalance and pronation issues.
