You see a lot of Ryobi tool deals right now. There's another bundle deal ($90) that has a 1.5in drill plus impact driver but both tools are brushed versions and it comes with 1.5mA batteries. This deal is HP (high performance) which is brushed plus a few extra performance/longevity/efficiency (could all be just marketing) improvements, and come with 2mA batteries.
Was able to pick up one in Bothell HD in Seattle. Website also showed local stocks in Lynnwood and Issaquah HDs. If your default store is showing OOS, don't click the Change store on top left of the webpage; instead click on the hyperlink in "Unavailable at xx". This will bring up an overlay page showing which other nearby stores have this bundle in stock and how many.

Two initial HD employees couldn't help me locate. The third one (dedicated to tools/hardware section) helped me find it in the row of items on sale/deal - the row you usually go past right after you enter HD, past customer service/check out. So it's not in regular isles (even though their HD system will show the wrong location inside aisles when they search by SKU). Also it's not in the clearance bins/row in the middle HD at the end of each aisle.
