Q: Can we stop posting this every game?
A: TONS of Slickdealers live in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas area. In fact, SD was founded and headquartered in Vegas and then moved to LA so there are a ton of staff in the area, so it saves us money. I like helping others save money so I share the deal (and thousands of others) when I see it.
Q: Does it work in San Francisco or San Diego?
A: No - you can see the full list of participating locations when you visit the site here and scroll down. [pandaexpress.com]
Q: The code's not working?
A: The code goes live around 9am or 10am the morning following a Dodgers home game win. You can order via the app, mobile web or desktop web. Just add the promo code for in your cart for a $6 2-Entree Plate. If the code isn't working for you, verify your location is on the list of participating locations here at the bottom of the site. [pandaexpress.com]
Q: How can I save even more?
A: Throughout the year, Panda Express and other retailers have gift cards on sale. Use those to save more on the deal. Right now, Sam's Club has $25 Panda Express gift cards for $23.98. [samsclub.com] Additionally, you may be able to schedule orders for future days but YMMV, mine is always cancelled when I try.
Q: What do you recommend?
A: I do half fried rice, half chow mein and for my sides I'll do the honey sesame chicken (it's probably my favorite) and then switch up the other between a few different items depending on the day.
Q: Can't pay me enough to live in Southern California!
A: Cool! Wink But really, I don't mean this FAQ to read as sarcastically and it's hopefully helpful. These are all questions asked in each thread and I'm hoping this helps answer anything ya'll are wondering! Feel free to leave a comment below and let me know if you find this helpful or nay.

I always wondered why it was in this select area all the time and then I saw an article on the worst fast food chains in the US by state and Panda was the worst in that region.

I guess they're trying to get market share back through this campaign?

Panda isn't all that bad in my area. Not great, but not horrible either

I think wherever you are, it's pretty much "mall Chinese food".
I took advantage of this offer a lot last year when I was living in LA.
Now that I moved to the east coast I probably wouldn't go there without a discount.
I'm not complaining because it was always a cheap lunch, but I also didn't think it was worth more than $6

That's exactly how I feel about it. Discount, yes. Any other time, no.

It is what it is

I don't know what article that you are referring to but Panda Express is decent in Southern California. The food is usually fresh when I get them, and more importantly, the restaurant and kitchen always look clean.

Their headquarter is in Los Angeles county and hence I'm going to guess that is the reason why this promo is in that region. Then again, this might just be a partnership between Panda Express and the Dodgers.

Thanks for the link. That article is not about the worst fast food in each state, but rather it is the about the worst rated restaurant (one store location) in Yelp.

You know, I did notice the yelp connection and as a small business owner, yelp should be considered a domestic terrorist organization.

However, reviews are reviews. Just couldn't help but see a possible connection.

Like I said earlier, I don't have a problem with them in my area. Just wish those same deals would be good here.

They always look clean? Looks can be deceiving, but more importantly that is EXPECTED from anywhere you eat and shouldn't be a "selling point."

As a Dodger fan, if there were a partnership they would advertise it during the games; which they do not. Seven strikeouts get you a free Jumbo Jack with a large drink purchase. Just about every MLB teams has a similar promotion and if every one were posted, it would bog down this site further.

Pardon the negativity, you are not doing anything against the site's guidelines and I appreciate ALL contributions of sharing. It's just this has gotten a bit too out of hand for MY tastes and simply reflects a large enough sample size that there is is question in the Q&A portion that suggests it's a common opinion.
