I just tried again and now it's saying it's OOS for me. I snagged one before posting this deal and it was still showing as available when I tried again this morning around 8 AM.

I knew the 83 inch B4 would be first to sell out. It's internally a C4 with a slight brightness nerf, so it's the best value OLED available today for the price. The 83 B5 is just a regular B5, unlike the 83B4.
The deal you posted in May was full of great info. I almost hopped on it, but by the time I got around to it, the promo code didn't work anymore. Then the free wall mounting option died. Then it went out of stock for almost a week. I got my notification last night that it was back in stock, so I hopped on it quick with the new promo code.
