I used this backpack years ago for commuting to work, train rides and long walks daily. Ended up returning it back then because it had zero back support. Looked nice and practical, but carrying it was brutal. My back was killing me after just a few days. Not great if you need to wear it for long stretches.

yeah this is a really good bag, has plenty of different pockets and has been pretty durable. i never had to wear it for longer than an hour so cant really speak on the back support
I honestly don't remember what I got back then, it was many years ago. But I can tell you what I'm using now: https://a.co/d/9Joh9Wc
It's not spacious, but it has good back support and is really comfortable to wear. That said, I don't do long work commutes anymore, so my needs are a bit different now. I purchased it on sale for like $35.
Got this one about 8 years ago. Use it mainly for work, but also for carrying junk while I bike. Both the mesh pockets on the sides have ripped, but other than that it's held up extremely well.
Have had a similar version since 2013 (paid $13). It's been a great, durable bag. I'd opt for this one because it doesn't have an ugly "amazon basics" tag on the front like the one I have does.

Looks just like the Ogio backpack I got from an HPE training seminar I attended in..... 2005? 2006? I still use it to this day for my datacenter work beater. I also take it on trips, that thing has been halfway around the world.
These things have expanding pockets and so many compartments you can lose stuff in there. They rock.
