edit: nevermind, there is a free annual free night.
Having said that, if you have a place in mind that you can do for under 60K a night it seems like a terrific offer. Best to book ASAP as points have really been devalued over the years with this chain.
Bear in mind, you can buy 300000 points for $1500 with one of their frequent BOGO deals.
