Be aware of a few things: Neither this nor anything else will whiten caps, crowns, bridges, implants or anything else not actually grown in your mouth. So if you have any of those in the front of your mouth watch for the color mismatch as you use this and if you don't like it, stop using it. The other thing is that the appearance of whiteness of your teeth will vary depending on the light source - incandescent, fluorescent, and especially LED light will all make your teeth look different. Always use the same light source when you check for results.
