They didn't even give me a free pretzel reward for my birthday this year. Only Starbucks, Target, Habit Burger, Chick-fil-A, Red Robin and Bath&Body Works.

Sorry I was really looking forward to a free cinnamon pretzel

From my experience, Groupon has turned into a bit of a scam site lately. I purchased a year of Spotify for under $70 on Groupon last month. After purchasing, I was sent a link to redeem...and after I filled everything out, I was sent a dodgy Russian email address to enter into Spotify, and told I had to use that as my new username. I emailed Groupon for a refund immediately (it said the Groupon was refundable for 3 days from purchase) and received an auto-reply that I already redeemed the Groupon so no refunds. I emailed them again and a bot responded with the same message. I will never use Groupon again!

Big fan of Auntie Anne's. Sadly the regular price is simply too high to enjoy this more frequently. I wait for special offers. I really enjoy the Pretzel Day free promo.

Again: it's Invite only, so when you click through the link look at the page at the top and in a red banner it will say "Sorry, this offer is by invitation only. if you're NOT eligible. Otherwise you can click the green link and make a purchase.

Groupon is known for selling grey market keys and or account access. They are not the seller, they are a marketplace

I tried reporting them but no use. No one cares, there are so many complaints against Groupon that they no longer even have a phone # you can call, all "customer service" is done by automated bot. I have screenshots of everything proving Groupon is a scam, but no one to share it with who cares, unfortunately.
