This looks like a buddyphone($99msrp) rebadge(https://www.onanoff.com/products/...cosmosfun?). From expert reviews on buddyphone, it may have a crappy internal dac. The sound is better on the 3.5mm than bluetooth.
Best thing about it could be the construction since it was designed for kids. Amazon as a corporate may like this very much.
