"Shelves are the wrong size, support brackets are incorrect as well. After 6 days of talking to the manufacturer, and providing pictures of the lot number and issues. They didn't help. So, I guess we have to saw them down and use something else for the support brackets or something. Terrible product, assembly is not simple. Nothing stays together. The tools they provide are like children's toys. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Super disappointed in this product. We purchased 5 units total. This ought to be a fun time *enter sarcasm here*"
