Be careful with using this for your bike chain, as the regular formula can cause embrittlement. It's recommended by Simple Green's manufacturer to use Simple Green's "Aircraft" variety for this purpose instead:

They don't market it as such but you can dilute it and use it. Probably will be more effective with a chlorinated product like liquid pool shock, again diluted. Simple green has a specific one they market for house and siding if you don't want to fuss with using multiple products. Search for it in your preferred browser.

Are you looking to clean or remove mold? It will do the former but not likely the latter.

If cleaning - make sure you dilute it (read it from the label or google it). I made that mistake and used way too much when I was power washing cement or decking,

I would imagine - and a casual search seems to confirm - that bleach would harm the seals in a pressure washer, hastening its demise.

I know there is some method (with bleach? not sure) that involves pressure washers, siding and mold removal. My painting company told me that's a side gig they handle and they've got the ladders or long attachments to reach high enough on a tall house.

Many pressure washers now come with a basic foam cannon to add chemicals to rather than a traditional reservoir. The traditional reservoirs typically don't want bleach to be added, but the basic foam cannons I have used it on for years and have had no issues

Grab a trombone sprayer - that'll get you up to 25 feet. You don't need pressure to apply the chlorine, but the pressure washer with a general siding cleaner after you've let some chlorine sit for 15-30 min should do the trick.
