Closest Costco location 5 pack, 425 wipes @ $18.79 = $0.044/wipe
Sams is still cheaper per wipe.

Those are not the same as these. Costco on clearance are Scentiva.
I've used both Lysol and Clorox wipes. In my experience I find that the Lysol wipes will dry out faster in the container than the Clorox wipes. The Clorox wipes will tend to have more disinfectant solution that pools at the bottom of the container.
