As part of the shrinkwrap process the machine pokes holes in the plastic film which allows air to escape as the film is heated and shrinks. Most of the time the holes are small enough that they aren't noticed. Sometimes the heating is off a bit and instead of shrinking around those holes, the film stretches the holes. If your wipes canisters had a plastic seal under the lid, you did not purchase Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. When I worked in the industry, most of the companies that put seals under the lid also poked a hole in the seal to allow air to transfer in/out of the container due to environmental warming/cooling; without the hole the seal would bulge and pop the lid off.

Buyer beware last time I got this deal on Amazon there were punched holes on all of the plastic seals. Not the outside container plastic but the seal you rip off. All three canisters. Now I'm concerned about the quality. How do I know something harmful wasn't put in? Can't even use it.

Is this really a deal?! Unless you're stuck on name brands, which generics are just fine for many things, you can get disinfecting wipes cheaper elsewhere.

Except they aren't actually comparable. We got the Solimos to try them out and 5hey fall apart while trying to get them out of the canisters.

Yes, most Costco in-store prices are lower than online. This goes with Walmart too. It's $12.69 after discount at the Costco that I shop at in Northern Cali.
