NMC is actually more power dense than LFP. If you compare to a 245Wh EcoFlow River 3 at 7.8lbs, this one at 293Wh and 7.44 lbs is lighter but has more capacity and a flashlight. However, NMC does have lower lifetime charge cycles vs LFP. Although even at 2000 cycles for the NMC battery, if you charged it every day, that's still about 5 1/2 years of use, and I doubt you would be charging every day.
The Wh per dollar on this is actually also quite good on this one. At 4.18Wh/$, it seems quite a bit better than a lot of the recent smaller sized power stations I've seen.
The bigger downside in my opinion for this unit is the max 60w charging input according to Amazon reviews. This means at least 5 hours to charge to full. Compare this to the EcoFlow River 3 which can fully charge in 1 hour. If you are ok with that, I think this unit is a great deal.
Nickel Manganese Cobalt vs lifep04
Different battery chemistry.
I had to google the differences. Each has their advantage.

Almost pulled the trigger but it's NMC and not LFP

I don't know much about this brand but I have had a NMC power station (The Yeti3000 by Goal Zero) in my camper van for 6 years now and still going strong, I have not noticed capacity decline. Probably use it for 30-40 days a year, including 10 day trips. It weighs much less and smaller form than any equivalent 3000Wh LFP out there. Not saying it's better or worse, just wanted to share my experience because someone mentioned "2-3 year life" which doesn't seem right (maybe if you use it every day? idk).

I think you meant this type of power station and not the brand name. It's been around longer than most people have been alive on this forum! LOL

Reviews are kind of all over the place on Amazon - one person says it will charge solar, but only up to 60 watts.
Also of note, it is $99 on Amazon.
Finally, this is not made by Energizer. The licensing rights to the Energizer brand name are owned by IMG Licensing and gleefully sold to anybody who inquires. Kind of an interesting business model - check out all of the brands they represent: https://imglicensing.com/brands

I have something similar that ran my ThinkPad (30 watts) for about 8 hours watching videos during a power outage. So you will have to settle for a 2D girlfriend with this Big Grin

Comes with a case, ac charger, dc car charger. Doesn't include any wiring to connect to solar.

Yup. Junk compared to similar, but higher end, brands.

I'm an EcoFlow fan, but the River 2 is 256Wh and costs $130 refurbished on eBay after coupon. No flashlight or wireless charging, either. At nearly 1/2, I am very tempted to grab a couple and leave them in the cars. I don't think I'd ever reach the 2000 cycles with all the power stations I already have.

Good price though, I bought one. I've been starting a power station collection after a 3 day power outage. Got to catch them all!

Yes but at this price, it's still usable. Wonder if it can function as ups.

No. It's only 60W input so unless you're trying to do a UPS with a laptop that already has a battery it's impotent.

This thing's great I charge my telsa with it everyday it'll charge mine electric vehicle up three or four times but I can recharge it on a 10 watt solar panel in less than an hour
You can certainly charge a Telsa but not a Tesla 😜
