Current retirement date for Dark Falcon is set for Dec 31, 2026, but Lego does shift them from time to time.

I think it'll go lower. I was just at my local walmart and it is filled with unsold lego. People just aren't willing to spend a premium on lego in this economy.
I was going to pick up the night trooper battle pack but I decided that I'll be waiting for it to go on sale. I'm not paying $23 for something that is as light as feather
That said this isn't a terrible deal at $145 and the set looks great imo

I think I paid 90 something dollars during the holidays on the Disney site. Worse case waiting to see if it happens again I think you're safe with it being at least this price during the holidays again.
