X870E motherboards are $300+ on their own, this one is like $350. 64gb DDR5-6000 is ~$225-250. Cheapest 5080 I can find in stock is $1350.

I have a case + better PSU + 360mm cooler already and even excluding those things, this deal came out cheaper than what I could find available by ~$200. I would say it's a pretty solid deal. You could always wait for the GPU to be available at MSRP but that might take a few weeks/months or you could just get this and not have to constantly check inventory/lose to bots.
found out it's not a price error. it's powerspec days sale.

so you have until june 8 to make a decision. unless they sell out and i'm pretty sure they will sell out very quick.

terrible advice. you don't hold.

most likely this is a price error. this discounted price is only for their grand opening store in santa clara. they accidentally slashed the price for ALL stores across the country.

if you want/need an upgrade, reserve now before they fix the price.

I'm just not seeing the deal-iness, could someone break it down for me?

$500 Cpu + $1200 gpu + $500 for other components + $200 for build cost / pre build markup. Seems fair, maybe good, but .. slick? I think our basis for costing is off because of all the recent market inflation

This is good deal. you are not going to build a unit for less that this.

$500 other includes, Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE, 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM, 2TB Solid State Drive, etc... shake head

Do u mind share the link of 5080 $1350? I am in the middle of building PC and the cheapest 5080 is $1600 I can find . I probably give up my build and just grab this prebuilt to save $400.

If you can actually explain to yourself why you need that much power I would recommend the 9070xt. It's like buying a sports car just so you can go 72 on the highway but never taking it on the track.

I have the 9070 non xt and I'm able to play most games on High 1440p. That extra $800 could be used to buy a new monitor or something else to compliment your PC.

Get a 5070ti. It's 15 percent slower and is as low as $830 at Microcenter.
