Best calorie:protein ratio for freaks like me who obsess about that, in order of best to worst:
Lemon Pepper @ 80 cals : 17g protein = .2125g per cal
Roasted Garlic Herb @ 80 cals : 16g protein = .2g per cal
Chipotle @ 70 cals : 14g protein = .2g per cal
Jalapeno @ 70 cals : 14g protein = .2g per cal
Mediterranean Herbs & Spices @ 70 cals : 14g protein = .2g per cal
Applewood @ 80 cals : 15g protein = .1875g per cal
Teriyaki @ 100 cals : 8g protein = .17g per cal
Spicy Thai Chili@ 90 cals : 15g protein = .1667g per cal
Tuna Salad @ 60 cals : 8g protein = .1334g per cal

Also, the coupon also applies to (at least some of) the multipacks, in case you want more than the 10 limit from the dropdown. i.e. 12 pack lemon pepper ends up being $9 after coupon (75 cents each.)

I love eating tuna for the protein and health benefits. But these are loaded with too much sodium for me. I'll stick to my cans of tuna and I'll season them myself.

What I've done with these at times in the past is mix one of these packets with a regular can.

Thanks OP, got the Dried Tomato and Basil x12. I take these on hikes so a bit extra sodium isn't all that bad.

funny how this pops up on my fp when i just finished a packet of spicy thai chili. Yea sping them yourself is probably healthier but this is in my drawer at work on days i didn't have time to plan anything and need a healthy protein fix.

But also dont' forget your toothbrush. It's still tuna.

Edit: skip the single pack and just buy the 12 pack.

So you paid full price for 11 of these?
The discount only applies to 1 pouch.

Edit: only possible to get 1 for 75 cents, not one of each flavor. Not sure why this deal is so popular. extremely misleading, and if people don't do the math in their head, it's easy to be mislead into paying normal price for 11 out of 12.

Great marketing though.

The puffier the sealed pouch, the spicier the botulism!

I've never heard of farmed tuna, but the highest quality comes from the Atlantic off the coast of Spain, Portugal, Morocco. http://www.thekitchn.com/best-can...2795#htoc-

The 12 pack works now, but that wasn't the original posted deal. OP should have skipped the single packs and just posted the 12 packs.

Tell us how you got more than one for that price from the link provided genius.
I'll take the 'genius' title:

- Change the selection to the 12-pack instead of singles
- Pick your flavor
- 'Clip' 20% coupon
- S&S

Just got 2x 12-pack Lemon Pepper
Items (2):$24.00
Your Coupon Savings:-$2.40
Subscribe & Save:-$3.60
Order total:$18.00

At $0.75 a pack these are a good, non-perishable, high-protein snack. Sodium and carbs vary a bit by flavor so you can pick what suits for keto, low(er) sodium, etc.
